Newrgy Imex has frozen my account and does not allow me to withdraw my funds

Since 05/06/2024, I started trading with Newrgy Imex. However, when I tried to withdraw my funds, they informed me that I couldn't do it due to an alleged audit and requested a 20% tax payment. Once this tax was paid, they allowed me to submit the withdrawal request, but it was never processed.

Newrgy Imex me estado y no me permite retirar mis fondos

Desde el 05 / 06 / 2024 comencé a operar en Newrgy Imex, sin embargo luego de querer retirar mis fondos me indicaron que no podía por una supuesta auditoría, solicitando cancelar el 20% de impuesto. Una vez cancelado este impuesto, me permitieron realizar la solicitud de retiro sin embargo no se hizo efectivo nunca.
