Stay Away - Withdrawal Still Not Paid After Weeks

I have been waiting for my withdrawal of $6880 since March 25, 2025. Despite multiple promises from Rox Capitals that the money would be processed "tomorrow," I still haven't received anything as of April 15, 2025. The transaction is marked as "APPROVED" in my account, but that clearly doesn't mean much, because the funds were never transferred. I reached out several times via email and was repeatedly given empty reassurances. Eventually, I even received a message stating that if I file a complaint with authorities, my pending payment will be put on hold until the matter is resolved. That is unacceptable and, in my opinion, highly unprofessional.
