Ich habe einen automatischen Handel auf meinem Long-Asia-Konto und der gesamte Handel ist im Verlust. In meinem Konto wurden 1029 Trades durchgeführt. Ich habe 514$ auf einem Konto und ein weiterer Verlust ist auf einem anderen Konto aufgetreten, was vollständig auf den Fehler von Long Asia zurückzuführen ist, aber es gibt keine Antwort von ihnen. Wie ist es möglich, dass jemand 1029 Trades auf seinem Konto haben kann oder dass jemand einen Gesamtverlust erleidet und in keinem der Trades einen Gewinn erzielt? Während die Hebel dieses Kontos 1:500 beträgt, könnte ich, wenn ich selbst hingehe und es mache, etwa 5 Trades gleichzeitig durchführen, aber in meinem Konto wurden 20-25 Trades gleichzeitig durchgeführt, wie kann das möglich sein?

I have an automatic trade in my Long Asia account and the entire trade is in loss. 1029 trades have been done in my account. I have 514$ in one account and another loss has happened in another account which is completely due to Long Asia's mistake but But there is no reply from them. How is it possible that anyone can have 1029 trades in their account or that someone can make a total loss and not make a profit in any of the trades? While the leverage of this account is 1:500, if I go and do it myself, I can do about 5 trades at a time, but in my account, 20-25 trades have been done at a time, how can this be possible?
