小額出金二次(4000美金和一萬美金）後不給出金, 要求先匯帳戶總金額(USD228,151.34)的50% 約三百萬台幣做資金往來紀錄, 才不會被銀行監控帳號, 避免被金管會查到雙方都要繳高額稅金, 我表示只要小額出金台幣40萬支內根本銀行不會來查問, 況且我出金小額反而安全, 就是不執行出金申請（台幣40萬）還要我去借錢來匯款做雙方資金往來（匯款匯轉入帳戶本金內）然後才可讓我一次大額出金
