After applying for a withdrawal on 11/8, until today 11/28 still cannot receive withdrawal. I have inquired why the beneficiary bank could not release the money into the account. The reason is that ZFX has been unwilling to provide the address information of the actual remitter to the beneficiary bank, which resulted in the inability of the fund to be released into the account. I kept reporting to the customer service in the middle and got the same reply: the relevant unit is in the process of inquiry. ZFX does not have any real help and wants to deal with it actively.

無法出金

從11/8申請出金之後，到今天11/28仍然無法收到申請出金款項。查詢過收款銀行為什麼無法解款入帳，原因在於山海證券(ZFX)遲遲不肯提供實際匯款人的地址資料給收款銀行，導致該筆款項無法解款入帳。中間不斷向客服反映皆得到同樣回覆：相關單位正在查詢中。山海證券(ZFX)絲毫沒有任何實質幫助跟想要積極處理的態度。
