Unable to close EUR/USD orders

Exposure

On June 10, 2024, the market opened at 5 AM and there was a gap in the EUR/USD, rendering me unable to manage any EUR/USD orders. I couldn't close positions at the take-profit levels either manually or automatically, though I could delete pending orders. After 6 AM, I still couldn't operate the EUR/USD orders. However, when the gold market opened, I was able to place and close orders normally. Customer service did not respond. At the same time, I accessed my real account at IC Markets and had no issues placing or closing orders for EUR/USD.

无法平仓欧美订单

2024.6.10，一大早5.00开盘，欧美跳空，就无法操作欧美的所有订单，到止盈价位无法平仓，手动也无法平仓，但是可以删除挂单，6.00后还是无法操作欧美订单，黄金开盘了可以正常下单平仓。找客服没回应。同时我去了icmarket的真实账户测试进行操作下单平仓欧美是没问题的。
