I'm so pissed off by UltimaMarkets! I needed my money urgently, but the approval process is insane. First, they said my ID photo was blurry, so I had to retake it three times before it was approved. Then they asked for bank statements, which I had already submitted when I opened the account, but customer service said "system updates require re-approval." This back-and-forth lasted five days. Finally, it was approved, but they said "withdrawal process maintenance" and I had to wait three business days. After a week, my money still hadn't arrived. I called customer service, but they kept telling me to "be patient," and then they stopped answering. they inexplicably charged me a $200 "expedited processing fee." This is pure rip-off! From start to finish, customer service never resolved my issue and only offered empty rhetoric. I'll never use them again!
