We opened an account (65169) on the Tradeview platform from August to September 2025. Later, upon the recommendation of Tradeview's customer service, we downloaded WhatsApp and joined a group created by their staff for routine communication regarding deposits and withdrawals. During this period, deposits and withdrawals proceeded normally, and we did not violate any of the platform's trading rules. On September 2, when we applied to withdraw funds from the account, the customer service deliberately delayed the process and became completely unreachable the next day. The company's staff disbanded the WhatsApp group used for deposit and withdrawal communication. On September 11, they unilaterally deactivated our account on the platform, deleted our trading records, and stole the remaining balance of 368,811.75 USDT (worth over 2.6 million RMB) from our account. To date, no one from the platform has contacted us to address the matter or provided any response. This platform is a typical pig-butchering scam operating covertly worldwide.
