I opened an account on the VaAHA platform and traded for two or three months without any problems. Then in May, I finally made some money, but they stopped allowing me to withdraw. After submitting my withdrawal request, I received an email saying my withdrawal was rejected. I contacted my agent to ask what happened, and they said they had asked someone on the platform and that there was a problem with my trading, so they would only refund my principal. They told me to email the platform to ask why I was rejected and to resubmit my withdrawal request?! I'm speechless. Don't they know if there's a problem with my own trading? They don't compensate me when I lose money, and they don't refund me when I make money. VAHA, this black platform, is truly shameless! I contacted the agent several more times. He asked the platform staff how to handle the problem and even sent me screenshots of our conversations. He said he would submit a request for compensation for my transaction fees, but his fees were also deducted. I checked my email, and after the withdrawal was refused, there was a "Termination of Account and Service Notice." I suspect VAHA platform got its business by ripping off customers. They made all that talk, but what happened? A few days later, they paid my agent's fees again. Are you kidding me? You have no shame! I will definitely file complaints everywhere and seek redress through the platform to show everyone what kind of person VAHA is!
