I've been using it for several years, and although it's sometimes a bit slow, it's generally been fine. However, recently the website suddenly became inaccessible. I can't log into my user account, or withdraw funds, and I can't contact my account manager—they don't reply to messages. Checking the Hong Kong Gold Exchange's member list, I discovered that the name was changed without warning or prior notice. I wonder if they're trying to create a new guise to scam people?
