Both opening and closing positions suffer slippage, and it's a fixed value preset by the platform, always slipping toward the direction of loss. When closing a position that is slightly profitable, the slippage directly turns it into a loss. Asking customer service, they just say it's normal market volatility. Once or twice is understandable, but every order has a fixed slippage of several points on both open and close. Too shady.
