An on-site inspection was conducted of the broker Panda Finance, which claimed to be located at Room 706, 7/F, Capital Centre, 151 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The inspection personnel smoothly arrived at Capital Centre, which is located on Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, surrounded by a bustling and highly commercial environment. No company sign or relevant information about Panda Finance was found outside the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they were granted entry. However, no directory board for the broker was found inside the building, and the broker's LOGO was absent both inside and outside the building.

When attempting to go to the target floor, the 7th floor, they were unable to reach the specific floor and verify the exact location because it could not be confirmed whether the broker actually existed on that floor. Since there were no relevant signs and no access was possible, they naturally could not take photos of the front desk or the front desk LOGO. This office was also not a shared office.

After arrival, the address was confirmed, but no information about the broker was found. Upon asking the security guard, they were told that there was no such company, and it was judged to be false. Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Panda Finance does not exist at the above-mentioned address.

Conclusion

At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the company name or other information of the dealer, indicating that the dealer does not have a real business premises.
