Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker ARTA TechFin in Hong Kong, China as planned. According to public information, its office address is Unit 901 - 02, 9/F, K11 ATELIER, King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, proceeded according to a well-planned schedule to Hong Kong, China, to conduct a physical verification of the broker ARTA TechFin which claimed to be located at Unit 901 - 02, 9/F, K11 ATELIER, King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.

The inspectors successfully arrived at K11 ATELIER, located on King's Road in Quarry Bay, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information for ARTA TechFin was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they were granted entry permission. On the internal directory board of the building, there was no information for this company. Inquiries with the front desk indicated that no such company existed, and therefore, they were not allowed to go upstairs.

Consequently, the inspectors were unable to reach the target floor (9th floor) and verify the company's specific location, clear signage, or security measures, let alone enter the premises and photograph the reception area. The office area in question was not a shared workspace.

The inspectors found no information whatsoever regarding this broker. The overall situation did not match its claimed positioning, leading to the judgment that the broker's address is false.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker ARTA TechFin does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker ARTA TechFin at its publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned, but could not find any information such as the broker's company name at the location, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
