Reason for this visit

To help investors have good knowledge of regulated brokers in Cyprus, the survey team this time visited Forex, a broker based in Limassol, Cyprus.

Regulatory information

According to the regulatory information, the broker Forex has the MM license issued by CySEC and located at 88, Agias Fylaxeos, Zavos City Center - 4th Floor, P. O. Box 56943, CY-3311 Limassol.

On-site visit

The survey team followed the address on the regulatory information to an office building located at 88, Agias Fylaxeos, Limassol, Cyprus. The building named "Zavos City Center" stands out in the street and looks quite high-end. 

There is no logo or other information of Forex on the directory outside the building, instead, Leverate’s logo is there. 

Later, the team came to the 4th floor where there is a logo of Leverate at the door. In the end, the team was told by the staff that Forex doesn’t operate there.    

Conclusion

The survey team confirmed after the on-the-spot visit that there is no office of Forex at the address mentioned in the regulatory information. Please be prudent when trading with this broker.
