Process

This week, the team is scheduled to visit a foreign exchange broker in Vietnam for an on-site investigationStarfinex. According to publicly available information, their office address is '9th floor, Kham Thien Building, 195 Kham Thien, Dong Da, HaNoi'.

A professional and experienced team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Vietnam. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to the dealer Starfinex.

The team proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the trader claiming to be located at '9th floor, Kham Thien Building, 195 Kham Thien, Dong Da, HaNoi' Starfinex.

The team has successfully arrived at the Kham Thien Building, located in the Dong Da District of Hanoi, Vietnam. The surrounding environment is difficult to accurately describe in terms of commercial atmosphere due to the absence of an office. No company logos or related information were found on the exterior of the building.

The team entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they were granted permission to enter.

Upon arriving at the target floor, the 9th floor, the team discovered that the office area of Starfinex had no clear signage or security measures. After reaching the floor, the team did not find the company. They showed relevant information to the security guard and people working there, but they were also unaware of the company's existence. Since the company did not exist, the team was unable to enter the premises, could not take photos of the reception area or its logo, and the office was not a shared workspace.

Through the common areas of the floor, the team was unable to enter the company's interior, and thus could not observe the internal environment, decoration style, employee activities, and other aspects. Overall, it is impossible to confirm whether it aligns with the claimed positioning. 

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer Starfinex does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The team proceeded to Vietnam as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex brokerStarfinex. At the publicly displayed business address, the company name and other relevant information of the broker were not visible, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
