Field Survey Process

This time, the on-site inspection team returned to Moscow as planned to conduct an on-site inspection of VELES Capital. According to newly available information, its office address is 16 Khokhlovsky Street, Building 1, Left Entrance, 3rd Floor, Moscow, 109028.

With a sense of responsibility to rigorously verify the information for investors, the professional and experienced inspection team traveled to Moscow according to a carefully formulated plan. Based on the newly updated address information, they conducted an on-site inspection of VELES Capital.

Based on the address information, the inspection team traveled to the Holovský Příčej district in Moscow, attempting to locate VELES Capital at the aforementioned address. The inspection team successfully arrived at the building and captured a panoramic view of the building. However, no features associated with the company were found in the company campus or surrounding streets.

Upon arrival, the inspection team was able to verify the address by viewing the address number, but the building required a swipe card for entry and exit, and the inspection team was unable to enter the company lobby. Upon investigation, the company's signage was absent from the building, and the VELES Capital logo was nowhere to be found either on the exterior or inside.

An employee happened to be exiting the building, and the surveyor approached to inquire whether there was a VELES Capital company. The employee categorically stated that there was no such company, only those listed on the signage at the entrance. Therefore, the surveyor was unable to reach the specific floor, confirm the specific location, or enter the company. The address was not a shared office, and no photographs could be taken of the reception desk bearing the VELES Capital logo. Information regarding the company's internal office environment, number of rooms, or number of workstations was also unavailable.

Thus, the survey confirmed that the broker VELES Capital did not exist at the new address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the VELES Capital as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
