Reasons for Field Survey

The Vietnamese foreign exchange market is an emerging market that has developed in recent years. With the continuous development of Vietnam's economy, foreign exchange trading has gradually occupied an important position in Vietnam's financial sector. To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of foreign exchange brokers in Vietnam, the on-site inspection team went to Vietnam for a field visit.

Field Survey Process

The on-site inspection team went to Vietnam as planned to visit the forex broker ACI TRADING. According to public information, its office address is "L4 - 11.OT04, LANDMARK 4, VINHOMES CENTRAL PARK, WARD 22, BINH THANH DISTRICT, HO CHI MINH CITY, VIET NAM".

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors' interests, traveled to Vietnam according to a well-planned schedule. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to the dealer ACI TRADING.

The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer ACI TRADING claimed to be located at the aforementioned address. The investigator successfully arrived at the target building, LANDMARK 4, which is situated in VINHOMES CENTRAL PARK, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. The surrounding environment is quiet, and the commercial atmosphere is average.

No company logo or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and found that there were no obvious signs directing to the office area.

After stating the purpose of the visit to the security guard, we were informed that the building is primarily for residential use and does not have office areas. Through communication with local residents, it was learned that the entire building consists of residences, with no offices. Since access to the elevator and specific floors requires a key card, the inspection personnel were unable to obtain entry permission and could not reach the target floor, the 4th floor.

Because it is impossible to reach the target floor, it is also impossible to confirm whether there are obvious signs or security measures in the office area of ACI TRADING, nor is it possible to enter the interior, take photos of the reception desk and its LOGO, and this area is not a shared office.

Through the lobby of the building, the inspectors were unable to observe the internal environment of the company. The overall situation does not align with its claimed positioning as a trader's office address.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer ACI TRADING does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The inspection team proceeded to Vietnam as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker ACI TRADING. At the publicly displayed business address, the company name and other information of the broker could not be found, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business location. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
