A Visit to Hibiki in Japan– No Office Found

Reasons for Field Survey
The Japanese foreign exchange market is one of the world's most important forex trading markets, boasting a long history, a mature financial system, and strict regulatory mechanisms. It holds a crucial position in the global forex market. With numerous participants and high trading activity, it is subject to strict oversight by regulatory agencies such as the Financial Services Agency of Japan, ensuring the market's standardized operation. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of forex dealers in the region, the field research team conducted an on-site visit to Japan.
Field Survey Process
The field survey team, as scheduled, embarked on an on-site visit to the broker Hibiki in Tokyo. Public information pointed to its office being located at 1-10-7, Kakinokizaka Building, 5th Floor, Nihonbashi Kakinokicho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 〒103-0014.
The professional survey team, upholding a responsible attitude toward investors, carried out an on-site investigation of Hibiki, tracing the aforementioned address.
The surveyors arrived in the Nihonbashi Kakinokicho region of Chuo-ku, Tokyo, reaching the Kakinokizaka Building. The corporate park and surrounding district had a good environment with a robust business ambiance, reflecting the characteristics of a financial district. Upon seeing the building's exterior, the surveyors could clearly capture the panorama yet found no signage of Hibiki.
The surveyors gained entry into the building lobby, which conformed to the typical commercial building ambiance. Upon reviewing the lobby directory, they were able to locate signage related to the broker's name, confirming its placement on the 5th floor.
Upon reaching the 5th floor, the surveyors were able to pinpoint the exact location. However, there was only one company named 'hibi' inside, and it remained unclear if this related to Hibiki. The company door was shut, forbidding surveyors access. Observations revealed a different logo at the reception of ‘hibi’ and the only recognition of Hibiki was through a sign at the company's doorstep. There was no other Hibiki logo within the building nor any ability to photograph the company's reception or logo. In confirmation, this location was not a shared workplace, further validating that Hibiki doesn't actually operate here.
Therefore, post-survey, it was confirmed that the broker Hibiki does not have an actual operating site.
Field Survey Summary
The surveyors visited the Forex broker Hibiki as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
