Reasons for Field Survey

Field Survey Process

This time, the inspection team traveled to Tokyo as planned to visit the brokerage firm AMEREX. Publicly available information indicates its office address is 4th Floor, Shiba Park Building, 2-1-15, Hamamatsucho, Minato-ku, Tokyo 105-0013.

Based on this address, the professional inspection team, committed to fulfilling their responsibility to investors, conducted an on-site inspection of AMEREX.

The inspection team traveled to the Hamamatsucho area of Minato-ku, Tokyo, and arrived at the Shiba Park Building. The building's corporate campus and streetscape were average, with a moderate commercial atmosphere. From the building's exterior, the inspection team was able to capture a clear panoramic view and found no AMEREX signage.

The inspection team attempted to enter the building lobby but was unsuccessful. However, they learned that the company's information was displayed on a signboard. The inspection team reached the target floor. However, the entrance door was closed. Although people could be seen working inside, no signs or labels identifying AMEREX were found.

Without access to the company, the inspection team was unable to confirm the specific office location, nor was they able to take photos of the reception desk or its logo. The company's logo was not found inside or outside the building. After verification, it was determined that the location was not a shared office, confirming that AMEREX did not actually operate there.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that AMEREX did not have a physical business location.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker AMEREX as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
