Process

A professional and experienced on-site verification team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, proceeded according to a well-planned schedule to Hong Kong, China, to conduct an on-site verification of the broker Neuko claiming to be located at 28/F, AIA Central, 1 Connaught Road, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong.

The verification personnel successfully arrived at the target building, which is located in the city center of Hong Kong, surrounded by a bustling environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or relevant information of the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The verification personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security or staff. After communication, although permission was granted to enter the lobby, no directory board for the company was found within the building.

As the company's related signage could not be found within the building, and inquiries at the front desk revealed that there was no such company, and access to the building was not permitted, it was impossible to reach the target floor, the 28th floor, and thus impossible to confirm the company's specific location. Naturally, it was also not possible to enter the company's interior, take photos of the reception area, and the office was not a shared office. From the lobby, the interior environment of the company could not be observed, making it impossible to judge whether the overall situation aligns with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it was confirmed that broker Neuko does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

At its publicly displayed business address, the inspector was unable to see any information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises.
