The investigator successfully arrived at the area where the address is located. No particularly distinctive features were observed in the surrounding environment, and the commercial atmosphere is average. No company signage or related information for Inveseim was found on the exterior of the building.

The on-site investigator entered the building's first floor and stated their purpose to the security guard. Since there was no registration information for the company within the building, permission to enter was not granted.

Because we were unable to enter the building, we could not reach the target floor, and naturally, we did not find any clear signage or security measures in the office area of Inveseim. Since entry was not possible, there was also no situation of shared office space.

The investigator observed from outside the building and was unable to obtain information about the company's internal environment. Upon arrival, it was confirmed to be the correct address, but no information about this broker was found, leading to the conclusion that it is fraudulent.

Therefore, after physical verification, it has been confirmed that broker Inveseim does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion
