Field Survey Process

As planned, the on-site inspection team visited the foreign exchange broker Newinvestfx in Turkey this time. According to public information, its office address is Istanbul bahçelievler Yenibosna merkez kuyumcukent AVM No:268.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly scrutinize for investors, traveled to Turkey according to a well-planned schedule. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to the dealer Newinvestfx.

The field investigator proceeded to the Yenibosna area in the Bahçelievler district of Istanbul, Turkey, based on the address information, with the specific target being the Merkez Kuyumcukent AVM (shopping mall), to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer Newinvestfx who claimed to be located at this address.

The field investigator successfully arrived at the target commercial center, which is located in the Bahçelievler district of Istanbul, Turkey. The Merkez Kuyumcukent AVM in the Yenibosna area is a comprehensive commercial venue with a clean surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. It is surrounded by shops, office buildings, and residential areas, presenting an overall vibrant community commercial environment. On the exterior of the building, the field investigator did not find any company logos or obvious information related to Newinvestfx.

The field survey personnel entered the lobby on the first floor of the building, explained their purpose to the security guard, and stated that they were conducting an on-site visit. After a brief communication, they obtained permission to enter the interior of the building.

Upon arriving at the target floor, the field investigator found that the floor is primarily a commercial office area, but did not see any office area signage or related security measures for Newinvestfx within the floor. Since the field investigator did not make an appointment in advance and the floor is an open office area, permission to enter specific office rooms was not obtained. It is important to note that the field investigator was unable to enter the internal office area and could not photograph the reception desk and its logo. This area is not a shared office space.

Through observation of the common areas on the floor, the inspectors found that the interior of the commercial center is primarily of a trading market nature, with various commercial stalls and office partitions. No signs of Newinvestfx's office environment or employee activities were seen, and the overall environment does not match its claimed positioning. Upon arrival, the inspectors confirmed that the area is a trading market and that there is no Newinvestfx company.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer Newinvestfx does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary
