The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer RBC who claimed to be located at 8 Marina View #26-01 Asia Square Tower 1 Singapore 018960.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Asia Square Tower 1, located in a bustling area of Singapore with a vibrant surrounding environment and strong commercial atmosphere. The building is one of the most luxurious office towers in Singapore, where the company's signage can be found inside, and their reception desk is located on the 1st floor.

The surveyor enters the building lobby and explains their purpose to the security or staff. After communication, they obtain permission to enter.

Although access to the building lobby was possible, the survey personnel were unable to reach the target floor (26th floor) to confirm the specific location due to reasons such as lack of prior appointment. They also could not enter the interior of RBC company. Consequently, it was not possible to photograph the reception area or the logo at the front desk. The office in question is not a shared workspace.

Since entry is not allowed, it is impossible to observe the internal office environment of the company, making it difficult to determine whether the overall environment aligns with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer RBC exists at the above address.
