Process

The on-site inspection team proceeded as planned to visit the forex broker Monopolex in Turkey. According to publicly available information, its office address is "Istanbul - Fatih - Near Historya Mall - iskender paşa - Ahmediye street - building nb 34 - 2nd floor - office nb 2".

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, traveled to Turkey according to a well-planned schedule. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to the dealer Monopolex.

The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the trader Monopolex claimed to be located at the aforementioned address.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the target location, which was supposed to be near Historya Mall. However, upon arrival, they found it to be a shopping mall with no information about the trading company in the surrounding environment. No signage or relevant information about the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The field investigator entered the building and was able to access the lobby, but did not find the company's nameplate inside the premises.

The on-site investigator arrived at the 2nd-floor office claimed by the broker. Since the office does not exist, there were no visible signs or security measures, nor was it possible to enter the premises. Consequently, the investigator could not photograph the reception area or the logo at the front desk. Additionally, the office space was not a shared workspace.

Through the surrounding environment and the internal conditions of the building, the on-site inspectors observed no internal environment, decoration style, or employee activities related to the trader. The overall situation does not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer Monopolex does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the foreign exchange broker Monopolex in Turkey as planned. At the publicly displayed business address, no information such as the company name of the broker could be found, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
