Inspection Reason

Recently, many investors made telephone calls asking for more exposure of Australia licensed brokers whose regulation addresses were unauthentic. According to investors’ feedback, the surveyor went to the  FORTUNE SECURITIES’s office in Australia.

Office Building

According to the regulation information, the Australia licensed broker was located at Suite 603, 50 Pitt Street, Sdyney NSW 2000. The surveyor decided to visit the broker.

Since the three-dimensional signpost of the building indicated by the regulation information was quite conspicuous, the surveyor found the new building with ease.

The surveyor entered the building, arrived on the 6th floor by elevator, walked around the floor and found the entire floor belonged to a company named Land Lease. For more information, the surveyor asked the company’s receptionist wherther Land Lease had a shared office or not and whether FORTUNE SECURITIES had an office on this floor. The reply was Land Lease’s office wasn’t a shared office and FORTUNE didn’t have an office in the building.

Conclusion

It was confirmed after the surveyor’s inspection that the real address of FORTUNE SECURITIES in Australia was different from its regulation address.In terms of license, the broker held a general financial license from ASIC. Please think twice about the above information and then make choice.
