On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Singapore to visit forex broker BPI Financial as planned according to its purported regulatory address that 3 Anson Road, Springleaf Tower #19-01 Singapore 079909.

In order to further assess the actual operational situation of BPI Financial, the investigators came to the Springleaf Tower at 3 Anson Road in Singapore for an on-site visit to the brokers office.

Upon arrival at Singapore, the survey personnel headed to the Springleaf Tower at 3 Anson Road.

Located in the city center, the building is a 37-story commercial building. Boasting a fabulous location featuring dense transportation network that includes several bus routes, the building is readily accessible with its proximity to metro stations, making it extremely convenient for the companies and staffs to reach other places.

Upon reaching the building, the inspection team carefully searched the directory. It indicated that the 19th floor was occupied by Bright Point Capital Pet Ltd, Bright Point International Financial (SG) Pte Ltd, and Bright Point Trading Pte Ltd, which were affiliated to Bright Point Group. Based on the information, the survey team had a primary understanding of companies on the 19th floor, getting a clear direction for subsequent investigation.

And then the inspection team took the elevator to the 19th floor and clearly identified a spacious office for Bright Point Group. With a patient communication with on-site staffs and verification of information from all aspects, the team determined the existence of the broker at the address. In the meantime, a variety of amenities are located nearby, including a diverse range of restaurants that cater to different tastes and coffee shops that offer a comfortable environment for business negotiations.

Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that BPI Financial has a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Singapore to visit forex broker BPI Financial as scheduled, and found the companys name at the aforementioned address. It denotes that the broker has a physical business office at the place. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make a sensible decision following a comprehensive consideration.
