The surveyor successfully arrived at the target building, which is located by the port of Labuan Island and resembles an office building. The surrounding environment is quite ordinary. Outside the building, the surveyor photographed the directory board, but there was no company-related information on it.

The inspector entered the building lobby and, after explaining the purpose to the security personnel, obtained permission to enter. However, no company signage or logo was found inside the building.

Due to the absence of specific company signage, the inspection personnel were unable to access the designated floor and confirm the exact location, thus preventing entry into the company premises. Additionally, they failed to capture images of the reception area and its logo. This office is not a shared workspace.

Through the glass door, the on-site inspector was unable to enter the company's interior, making it impossible to observe the internal office environment. Whether the overall setting aligns with its claimed positioning also remains unknown.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer XFG Markets does not exist at the above address.
