In this issue, the on-site inspection team went as planned to Hong Kong, China, to conduct a field visit to the forex broker J&J PARTNERS. According to publicly available information, its office address is Room 1506, 15/F, Golden Gate Commercial Bldg, 136 - 138 Austin Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site verification team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously screen for investors, proceeded according to a meticulous plan to Hong Kong, China, to conduct an on-site verification of the broker J&J PARTNERS claiming to be located at Room 1506, 15/F, Golden Gate Commercial Bldg, 136 - 138 Austin Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

The verification personnel successfully arrived at the Golden Gate Commercial Building, located at 136 - 138 Austin Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or related information for the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The verification personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to proceed.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 15th floor, the verification personnel found that the office area of J&J PARTNERS had no obvious signage and no security measures. As no information about the company was found, the verification personnel were unable to enter the interior. Furthermore, they could not photograph the reception area or its logo, and the office was not a shared office space.

Through the door, as they could not enter, the verification personnel were unable to observe the company's internal environment, decoration style, or employee activities. Upon arrival, it was confirmed to be the correct address, but no information about this broker was found. Inquiry with security indicated there was no such company, leading to the conclusion that it is false.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it is confirmed that the broker J&J PARTNERS does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises.
