The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Fulland Centre, located on Wai Yip Street in Kowloon, Hong Kong. The surrounding environment is ordinary but with a strong commercial atmosphere. No company signage was found on the exterior of the building.

The field investigator entered the building lobby and, after explaining their purpose to the security personnel, successfully obtained entry permission. The directory inside the building displayed the company at this address as WCG Markets, which slightly differs from the target company's name.
