Process

This issue's survey team planned to visit the forex broker KKR in the UAE. According to public information, its office address is "KKR Gate Village 4 Levels 5 & 6 DIFC, P.O. Box 506804, Dubai, UAE".

A professional and experienced site inspection team, driven by the mission to strictly safeguard investors' interests, traveled to the United Arab Emirates following a carefully devised plan. They conducted an on-site inspection of the broker KKR, which claims to be located at “KKR Gate Village 4 Levels 5 & 6 DIFC, P.O. Box 506804, Dubai, UAE”.

The inspection team arrived at the target building smoothly. The building is located in an office building cluster in Dubai's core business district, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information was found outside the building.

The inspection team entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communicating, they were granted permission to enter.

After entering the lobby, they searched the directory kiosk but did not find the corresponding company. Since they had no appointment, they could not reach the target floors 5 and 6 to confirm the specific location of KKR, nor did they find any obvious signage for the company's office area. Naturally, they could not enter the interior, could not photograph the front desk or its LOGO, and the company is not a shared office either.

Through the lobby, the company's internal environment could not be observed, making it impossible to determine whether the overall situation matched its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker KKR does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspectors went to the UAE as planned to visit the forex broker KKR in person, but did not see the broker's company name or other information at its publicly displayed business address, indicating that the broker does not have a real place of business. Investors should make their decisions after comprehensive consideration.
