Regulatory Information

FxView is STP licensed by CySEC, with registered address at: 12 Arch. Makariou Aven, Kristelina Tower, office 301, 4000 Mesa Yitonia, Limassol, Cyprus. The inspection team went to the said address.

In addition, FxView is also licensed by FCA for investment consulting, licensed by  CNMV for retail forex service, as well as licensed by BaFin and BDF for general financial services.

Inspection Process

The inspection team arrived at an office building named Zavos Kristelina Tower in Limassol. The building is about 2.5 kilometers away from the famous Seaside Avenue and not far from the Cross-City expressway. With superior location and convenient traffic. 

The inspection team didn’t find FxView on the signboard outside the building. According to the regulatory information, Room 301 should be the office of FxView, however, the signboard shows Room 301 is for ICM.

To make further verification, the team came to Room 301, still didn’t find the logo or any information about the broker FxView.

Conclusion

The team’s site visit confirmed that at the address mentioned in the regulatory information there is no office place of FxView, which means the regulatory information is not true. In addition, Room 301 that was supposed to be the office of FxView bears the logo of ICM. This session of Field Survey is presented as above.
