Field Survey Process

This issue's field inspection team traveled to Moscow as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the brokerage firm IFC BANK. Publicly available information indicates its office address is 123112, Moscow, Presnenskaya nab., 10.

Dedicated to fulfilling our responsibility to investors, the professional field inspection team conducted an on-site inspection of IFC BANK based on the aforementioned address.

The field inspection team traveled to the Presnenskaya nab. area in Moscow and arrived at the address. This area, close to Moscow's central business district, boasts a pleasant corporate campus and streetscape, a dense flow of people, and a vibrant business atmosphere. From the building's exterior, the field inspection team was able to capture a clear panoramic view of the building, but no IFC BANK signage was found.

The field inspection team attempted to enter the building's lobby but was unsuccessful, and therefore could not verify the company's name on the lobby sign. Without access to the building, the field inspection team was unable to determine the specific floor or confirm its location. Furthermore, they were unable to enter the company's interior and could not photograph the reception desk or its logo. The company's logo was not found inside or outside the building. We confirmed that the location was not a shared office, further confirming that IFC Bank did not actually operate there.

Thus, our on-site inspection confirmed that IFC Bank did not have a physical business location.

Field Survey Summary
