The building boasts a well-maintained exterior, is located in a prime location within the surrounding corporate campus and streets, and offers a vibrant business atmosphere. The field research team was able to capture a clear panoramic view of the building.

The field research team successfully entered the building's lobby, which was clean and elegant. In the lobby, floor signage clearly indicated VTB's information, along with a prominent company logo. VTB's logo was also visible both inside and outside the building, further confirming the company's presence.

However, the surveyors were unable to obtain permission to proceed to the specific floor and confirm the precise location, nor were they able to enter the building. However, photos of the reception desk and its logo were captured from the outside. Combined with the relevant information, we infer that the office environment inside the company is relatively good.

Thus, the survey confirmed that the broker VTB existed at the aforementioned address, which matched the address on the survey form.
