Purpose

To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex brokers in this region, we conducted on-site visits in Singapore.

Process

In this episode, we proceeded as planned to Singapore to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker FORTIS EQUITY & RESERVE. According to publicly available information, its office address is Shaw Tower, 100 Beach Rd, Singapore 189702.

Driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, we proceeded according to a meticulous plan to the target area in Singapore to conduct an on-site verification of the broker FORTIS EQUITY & RESERVE, which claims to be located at Shaw Tower, 100 Beach Rd, Singapore 189702.

We successfully arrived at Shaw Tower, an ultra-luxury office building located in the heart of Singapore. However, the building was under construction, and we could not find an entrance. The surrounding environment was somewhat messy due to the construction, and the commercial atmosphere was somewhat affected. On the exterior of the building, we did not find any signage or relevant information for the company.

Since the building was under construction and we could not find an entrance, we were unable to enter the building lobby, and thus could not state our purpose to security or staff to obtain entry permission.

Because we could not enter the building, we were unable to reach the target floor and could not confirm the office area of FORTIS EQUITY & RESERVE. Simultaneously, as we failed to enter the building, we could not photograph FORTIS EQUITY & RESERVE's reception area or logo, and the office space was not a shared office.

As we could not access the interior, we were unable to observe the company's internal environment and other conditions. Overall, due to the office building being under construction, the address not specifying a floor, and other reasons, we could not confirm whether the company genuinely exists at the aforementioned address.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it is confirmed that broker FORTIS EQUITY & RESERVE does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

We proceeded to Singapore as scheduled to conduct an on-site visit of the forex broker FORTIS EQUITY & RESERVE. At its publicly displayed business address, we were unable to see information such as the company's name, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine physical business location. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
