The team didn’t find any logo of Rakutenforex on the floor directory in the lobby. The team then went to Suite 5 on the 9th floor, and found the logo of Rakuten Securities is shown at the door. The office was estimated to be enough for 5 employees, but there was no staff in the office.

Conclusion

Through the field survey, the team confirms that the broker Rakutenforex has an office at the address mentioned in the regulatory details, but the office size is not very large, and there is no staff working in the office. Please be prudent if trading with this broker.
