A Visit to Zepter Bank in Belarus – Office Found

Reasons for Field Survey
The Belarusian foreign exchange market is a vital component of Eastern Europe's financial landscape. Leveraging its solid industrial foundation in machinery manufacturing and chemicals, as well as its close economic and trade ties with neighboring countries, the country's foreign exchange trading business has steadily grown, attracting both international traders and local institutions. To help investors gain a thorough understanding of the true operational status of local forex brokers, a field research team conducted a special visit to Belarus.
Field Survey Process
This time, the inspection team traveled to Belarus as planned, visiting the publicly listed Zepter Bank office address (Exchange point No. 1, 114 Timiryazev St., city of Minsk (1st floor of Hyundai AutoGrad)) to verify the authenticity of the address and its actual operations.
The inspection team arrived at the first floor of Hyundai AutoGrad, 114 Timiryazev St., Minsk, where the address corresponds. The streetscape is ordinary and part of the local commercial district, allowing the inspection team to capture panoramic views of the building. Upon entering the building, they were able to access the lobby area without further communication. The company signage clearly indicated the name and location of the Zepter Bank exchange point (Exchange point No. 1). The publicly listed address was identical to the information on the inspection form, and the bank's logo was visible throughout the interior.
The inspection team then successfully reached their target location on the first floor and accurately identified the Zepter Bank exchange office. They were able to enter the office and photograph the reception desk and the Zepter Bank logo located there. The office space was found to be a single, independent room with a single workstation. The overall office environment was simple and consistent with the typical currency exchange location. The high traffic volume and the presence of numerous local customers further confirmed normal operations, consistent with the location being within a large local market.
Thus, the inspection confirmed the existence of the Zepter Bank exchange at the aforementioned address.
Field Survey Summary
The surveyors visited Zepter Bank as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
