The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Lippo Centre. The location is in the heart of Hong Kong's city center, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. No company signage was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby and smoothly obtained access permission without the need for additional registration or complex communication.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 17th floor, the inspection personnel immediately noticed clear signage for XY Capital's office area, with no strict security measures in place. The inspection personnel were able to enter the interior smoothly and could clearly photograph the reception desk and its logo. This office is not a shared workspace.

Through the reception area, the inspection personnel observed that the company's internal office environment is ordinary, with 1 room and approximately 20 workstations. Staff could be clearly seen working, and the overall environment aligns with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, it was confirmed after the on-site inspection that broker XY Capital exists at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the forex broker XY Capital at its publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China, as planned. The broker's company name and other information were visible at the address, confirming the existence of a genuine business premises.
