This year's field research team traveled to Russia as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker IVA Partners. Publicly available information indicates its office address is 8/1 PRESNENSKAYA EMBANKMENT Moscow, 123112 Capital City Moscow Tower, Northern Block, 4th floor.

Dedicated to ensuring stringent investor screening, the professional and experienced field research team traveled to Russia according to a carefully planned process. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to IVA Partners.

Based on the address, the team headed to the Presnenskaya embankment area in central Moscow. This area is Russia's economic center, home to numerous high-end office buildings and financial institutions, boasting excellent corporate campuses and streetscapes and a vibrant business atmosphere. The team successfully arrived at the address, Capital City Moscow Tower (North Block). The building's modern exterior provided clear panoramic views.

The team successfully entered the building's lobby, which was clean and elegant. In the lobby, the floor sign clearly indicated IVA Partners' location on the 4th floor. The company's logo was visible both inside and outside the building, further confirming its location.

However, due to local circumstances, the building's strict management requires advance reservations for unauthorized visitors. The unreserved inspection team was unable to obtain permission to confirm the specific office location on the 4th floor, nor was they able to enter the company. However, photos of the reception desk and its logo were taken from the outside, and combined with relevant information, it is speculated that the internal office environment is relatively good.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that the broker, IVA Partners, exists at the aforementioned address, and it matches the address on the inspection form.

The surveyors visited IVA Partners as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
