Recently many investors called the inspection team hoping we could disclose more brokers with fake addresses. In order to meet investors’ demand, the investigation team were going to visit TSFund in this episode.

Building Survey

According to the regulatory information, the company address of TSFund is Floor 3, 87 Albert Street Auckland Central Auckland 1010. The investigation staff visited the spot.

The investigation staff found the office building smoothly. The office building is well-located as it adjoins the Sky Tower, landmark of Auckland.

Exclusive

The investigation staff entered the building and found a floor guide in the lobby,but did not find any information about TSFund. To ensure the quality of the investigation, the staff went to the 3rd floor. After raking around the corridor, the staff didn’t find the broker’s office.

Survey Conclusion

It is ascertained by the investigation staff that the address of TSFund is inconsistent with that from the regulatory information. Its alleged FSPR licence(No.571587) was suspected to be a cloned licence.
