To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of forex dealers in the region, the field research team conducted an on-site visit to Japan.

Field Survey Process

This time, the inspection team traveled to Japan as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Credit Suisse Trust. Publicly available information indicates its office address is 4th Floor, Paratso Astech, 2-8-1 Higashishimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo 105-0021.

Dedicated to ensuring stringent investor safety, the professional and experienced inspection team followed a carefully planned visit to the Higashishimbashi area of Minato-ku, Tokyo. Based on the publicly available address, they conducted an on-site inspection of Credit Suisse Trust. The inspection team first located Credit Suisse Trust at 2-8-1 Higashishimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo, targeting the building marked Partso Astech. They then conducted an on-site inspection of Credit Suisse Trust, which claimed to be located on the 4th floor.

The surveyors successfully arrived at the Parkto Astech building. Located in the heart of Higashi-Shimbashi, it's close to Tokyo Metro Shimbashi Station and is surrounded by large shopping malls, chain hotels, and various shops. The streets are bustling with traffic and pedestrians, and commercial signs are prominent, creating a lively and orderly environment that perfectly embodies the description of a bustling environment. The building's facade, clad in light-colored tiles and glass windows, lacks the luxurious appeal of high-end office buildings, but its clean appearance reflects the distinct characteristics of a commercial building. A comprehensive exterior inspection revealed no logos or company names related to CREDIT SUISSE TRUST. However, due to the building's clear location and recognizable exterior, the surveyors successfully captured panoramic photos of the building, fully documenting its exterior and the vibrant commercial environment surrounding it.

The surveyors then attempted to enter the building's first-floor lobby. There was no dedicated security booth at the entrance, and only a single receptionist. The surveyor informed the staff that they wanted to visit the CREDIT SUISSE TRUST on the 4th floor. After explaining their purpose, they were granted access to the lobby without any additional identification, and after a brief exchange of words, they were granted access. While not spacious, the lobby was neatly laid out, with ordinary tiles on the floor and a building map on the wall. The overall decor was simple and functional, with an elevator lobby and simple seating, befitting a mid-sized commercial building. A physical signboard with the names of the businesses on each floor was prominently displayed in the lobby. After carefully examining each line, the surveyor discovered that the 4th floor only had the name of a local business listed, without mentioning CREDIT SUISSE TRUST. No information about the business was found, leading the surveyor to conclude that the publicly listed address might be inaccurate.

To further verify the situation, the surveyor was directed to the elevator lobby and, without requiring special access, took the elevator to their target floor—the 4th floor. After exiting the elevator, the common areas on the floor were well-lit, the hallways were paved with non-slip tiles, the walls were clean and tidy, and the overall condition was excellent. The surveyors checked each office entrance along the hallway and discovered that only one company occupied the entire 4th floor. This company's name was prominently displayed at the entrance, identical to the company's name on the lobby sign indicating the 4th floor. The office entrance door was tightly closed, with the company's business logo affixed to the glass door. No sign, logo, or other directional information related to CREDIT SUISSE TRUST was found. The surveyors repeatedly checked the common areas and found no trace of CREDIT SUISSE TRUST's office space, fully confirming their observation that the floor was occupied by only one other company. The surveyors attempted to contact the front desk of the company occupying the floor, hoping to confirm whether CREDIT SUISSE TRUST was co-leasing or affiliated with the company. However, the front desk staff stated that the floor was rented independently by their company and did not share office space with any other company. They had never heard of CREDIT SUISSE TRUST. Furthermore, the surveyors observed no signs or promotional materials on the floor that advertised shared office or joint office space.Combined with the company's description of independent rental, this clearly ruled out the possibility that CREDIT SUISSE TRUST was a shared office. Due to lack of access to the company, the surveyors were unable to see the interior of the office area. However, judging by the cleanliness of the floor's public areas and the company's external image, the internal office environment should be considered good.Furthermore, since no CREDIT SUISSE TRUST office area was found, it was naturally impossible to photograph the broker's front desk or logo.

Thus, the survey confirmed that CREDIT SUISSE TRUST did not exist at the publicly listed address, and that the publicly listed address did not match the address on the survey form.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the CREDIT SUISSE TRUST as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
