The Malaysian foreign exchange market is an emerging forex market that has developed in recent years. With the continuous growth of the local economy and the gradual opening of financial markets, the importance of forex trading in Malaysia has become increasingly prominent. To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex brokers in the region, an on-site inspection team conducted field visits in Malaysia.

Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker True Trade Pro Ltd in Malaysia as planned. According to public information, its office address is Office Suite 1652 Level 16 (A), Main Office Tower Financial Park Complex Labuan Jalan Merdeka 87000 Labuan F.T, Malaysia.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, meticulously planned and traveled to Malaysia to conduct an on-site verification of the trader True Trade Pro Ltd claiming to be located at the aforementioned address.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the Financial Center Building, which is located in the most central area of Labuan Island and is a very luxurious local structure. The surrounding commercial atmosphere is strong, and the environment is relatively bustling. However, no signage or relevant information of the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and obtained entry permission after explaining their purpose to the security guard. However, upon entering the lobby, they found that the directory machine in the hallway only displayed a few lines at a time, changed very slowly, making it impossible to take photos, and did not allow prolonged stays. There were four or five security personnel at the front desk on the first floor, who also prohibited taking photos inside the building.

Due to the inability to easily view the floor directory information and security restrictions, the on-site inspector was unable to reach the target floor (16th floor) to confirm the company's specific location or enter the office premises. Additionally, they were unable to photograph the reception area and its logo. This office is not a shared workspace.

Through the lobby area, as access to the company's interior was not possible, it was impossible to observe the internal environment, decoration style, or employee activities. Therefore, it could not be determined whether the overall environment aligns with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it cannot be confirmed whether the dealer True Trade Pro Ltd exists at the above address.

Conclusion

The inspection team visited the forex broker True Trade Pro Ltd in Malaysia as planned. However, they found no information such as the company name at the publicly displayed business address, raising doubts about whether the broker has a genuine operational presence. Investors are advised to make their choices after careful consideration.
