Purpose

The Vietnamese foreign exchange market is an emerging market that has developed in recent years. With the continuous growth of Vietnam's economy, the demand for foreign exchange trading has gradually increased. To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of foreign exchange brokers in Vietnam, the on-site investigation team visited Vietnam for a field survey.

Process

The on-site inspection team visited the foreign exchange broker CJC Markets in Vietnam as planned. According to public information, its office address is 6th Floor, Zen Tower building, No 12 Khuat Duy Tien street, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Vietnam. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to the broker CJC Markets.

The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the trader claimed to be located at 6th Floor, Zen Tower building, No 12 Khuat Duy Tien street, Thanh Xuan district, HanoiCJC Markets.

The inspection personnel have successfully arrived at Zen Tower, located at 12 Khuat Duy Tien Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City, Vietnam. Due to the absence of the company, it is difficult to accurately describe the surrounding environment and other conditions.

No company logo or related information of CJC Markets was found on the exterior of the building.

The field inspector entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security or staff. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

Upon arriving at the target floor, the field survey personnel were unable to reach the specific floor and confirm the exact location, and thus failed to notice any obvious signage or security measures in the office area of CJC Markets. Due to the inability to access the corresponding floor, the field survey personnel could not enter the interior, nor could they photograph the reception desk and its logo. The location is a shared office space.

Upon arrival at the building, the inspector found it to be a shared office space. When inquiring at the front desk, the receptionist indicated they were unaware if CJC Markets was located there. From the lobby area, as access to the interior was restricted, it was not possible to observe the internal environment of the company.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer CJC Markets does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspector visited the foreign exchange broker in Vietnam as plannedCJC Markets. At the publicly displayed business address, the company name and other information of the broker were not found, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business location. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
