Reasons for Field Survey

In recent years, investor interest in Turkish forex trading has grown, attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, the field research team conducted a field visit to Turkey.

Field Survey Process

This inspection targeted the brokerage firm GCMAsia, whose publicly registered office address is Eski Buyukdere Cd. Park Plaza No. 14 Kat. 14 Maslak / Sariyer (14th Floor, Park Plaza 14, Old Buyukdere Street, Maslak, Sariyer District, Istanbul, Turkey). The inspection team rigorously located and verified the address.

Upon arrival, the inspection team first confirmed the correct address information. The area is bustling, reflecting the mature and vibrant core business district. The inspection team successfully captured a panoramic view of the target building, Park Plaza. The building's modern exterior evokes the office environment of a high-end financial institution.

The inspection team then had unimpeded access to the building's lobby, which was spacious and clean. A sign clearly indicated GCMAsia's company name and the corresponding office floor, the 14th floor, confirming the company's connection to the address and eliminating the possibility of address fraud.

To further verify the situation, the surveyors inquired with the lobby receptionist about GCMAsia's office. The receptionist confirmed that GCMAsia was indeed a resident of the building's 14th floor, but also stated that entrance to the company required a prior appointment and was currently unavailable without one. Therefore, the surveyors were unable to reach the 14th floor to confirm the specific office location. However, based on on-site observations, they confirmed that the office space was exclusively used by GCMAsia, not a shared office, and possessed the core characteristics of a legitimate business location.

Thus, the survey confirmed that GCMAsia existed at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited GCMAsia as planned and observed the broker's company name displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
