Recently many investors called the inspection team hoping we could disclose more Australian brokers with fake addresses.Thus, according to the work plan,  our investigation team were going to visit FXFP in this episode.

Building Survey

According to the regulatory information, the company address of FXFP is Level 2, 5 MarTin Place, SYDNEY NSW 2000. The investigation staff visited the spot.

The investigation staff found the brand-new building smoothly according to the regulatory information.

Exclusive

Afterwards, the investigation staff entered the building and scrutinized the signboard in the lobby but did not find any information about FXFP. The staff walked to the 3rd floor and realized that the whole floor belongs to an institution named CHALLENGER.

Survey Conclusion

It is ascertained by the investigation staff that the address of FXFP is inconsistent with that from the regulatory information. The broker’s alleged ASIC Common Financial License(No.234668) is suspected to be a cloned license.
