The inspection team successfully arrived at their target building, Emperor Group Center. Located on Hennessy Road in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, the building is nestled in a bustling commercial district, surrounded by numerous office buildings, financial institutions, and various businesses, creating a vibrant business atmosphere. The building's impressive exterior design is highly recognizable, and the inspection team successfully captured a panoramic view of the building. From the exterior, the Emperor Group Center sign is clearly visible. The inspection team entered the building lobby, which was spacious, bright, and exquisitely decorated. Security personnel were on duty. No special registration was required, and the inspection team was able to enter without any problems. A sign in the lobby clearly stated that Emperor Financial was located on the 8th floor.

Upon arrival at the target floor, the inspection team immediately saw the prominent Emperor Financial Group sign, and the office area was clearly marked. Due to lack of prior appointment, the inspection team was unable to obtain entry to the company.

Viewing the reception area, the inspection team observed that the company's interior was neatly decorated and the overall environment was pleasant, befitting its position as a subsidiary of a well-known group. The inspection team also successfully photographed the reception desk and its logo. The company is reportedly a subsidiary of the Emperor Group responsible for financial services. The Emperor Group is well-known in the film industry, with many well-known Hong Kong films and celebrities closely associated with the group.

Thus, the inspection confirmed the presence of the broker Emperor Financial at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited Emperor Capital accordingly as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
