Purpose

The UAE foreign exchange market is an emerging forex market that has developed in recent years. With its advantageous geographical location, open financial policies, and advanced financial infrastructure, it has attracted the attention of numerous international financial institutions and investors. To help investors and practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex brokers in the region, the survey team visited the UAE for on-site inspections.

Process

In this edition, the on-site survey team went to the UAE as planned to visit the forex broker HFM in person, and according to public information, its office address is Unit OT 20 - 53, Level 20, Central Park Offices, DIFC, PO Box 507274, Dubai, UAE.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly screen for investors, went to the UAE according to a meticulous plan. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker HFM claiming to be located at that address.

The on-site inspectors successfully arrived at Central Park Offices, a super-luxury building located in downtown Dubai. The surrounding environment is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere.

Although no company logo was found on the exterior of the building, after entering the lobby, the directory of all companies could be seen. On the directory, the relevant information of HFM could be clearly seen.

After entering the lobby, the on-site inspectors explained their purpose to the security guard. After communication, although they were allowed to enter the lobby, due to strict security, they were not granted permission to go upstairs.

Since they could not reach the target floor 20, they were unable to confirm the specific location of HFM's office area, nor could they enter the company premises, or take photos of the reception desk and its logo. The office is not a shared office.

Although the internal office environment could not be observed from the lobby, judging from the overall luxury and commercial atmosphere of the building, it is presumed that the internal environment should be of high quality. However, due to strict security, it was not possible to further confirm whether it matches the positioning claimed by the broker.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that the broker HFM exists at the above address.

Conclusion

The survey staff went to the UAE as planned to visit the forex dealer HFM in person. At its publicly displayed business address, the company name and other information of the dealer can be seen, indicating that the dealer has a real business premises. Investors should make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
