The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Lippo Sun Plaza, located at Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The surrounding environment is bustling, with a strong commercial atmosphere and convenient transportation access. 

The inspection personnel entered the lobby of the building and explained their purpose to the security guard or staff. Due to the building's relatively standardized management, after a simple registration process, they were granted permission to enter. On the directory board inside the building, information about this company was found.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 7th floor, the inspection personnel found clear signage for Fairwin Broking Limited's office area. Due to reasons such as no prior appointment, the inspection personnel were unable to enter the interior. However, they were able to photograph the reception desk and its logo, and the office was not a shared workspace.

Through the glass door, although a detailed observation of the company's internal office environment was not possible, the overall impression from the site inspection indicated that the situation aligned with its claimed positioning of having a genuine operational premises.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that the trader Fairwin Broking Limited exists at the aforementioned address.
