The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Clover Bay Tower, which is located in downtown Dubai. It is a luxurious office building with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or relevant information for Kanz Capital was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the first floor of the building and, after explaining their purpose to the security guard, obtained permission to enter. Upon entering the building, they found that the office corresponding to the directory on the first floor was not a company.

The inspection personnel attempted to reach the target floor, the 11th floor.
