Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team went to Hong Kong, China to visit the forex broker ESL as planned. According to public information, its office address is Room 1801, 18th Floor, Capital Centre, 151 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced site visit team, with a mission to strictly vet for investors, followed a meticulous plan and went to Hong Kong, China.

The site visit personnel went to Capital Center, 151 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong based on the address information, to conduct an on-site verification of the broker ESL claiming to be located at that address.

The site visit personnel arrived at Capital Center, located at Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company logo or related information of ESL was found outside the building.

The site visit personnel entered the lobby of the building and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

After arriving at the target floor, the 18th floor, the site visit personnel found that the office area of ESL had no obvious signage and no security measures. However, because they were informed that ESL was not a company in this building, the site visit personnel could not enter the interior, nor could they take photos of the front desk and the front desk logo, and the office was not a shared office.

Through the glass door, due to inability to enter the interior, they could not observe the company's internal environment, decoration style, and employee activities. Overall, after arrival, it was confirmed that the address was correct, but no information about the broker was found. The security guard informed that there was no such company, so it was judged to be false.

Therefore, after the site visit, it was confirmed that the broker ESL does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The survey personnel went to Hong Kong, China as planned to visit the forex broker ESL in person. At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the company name or other information of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to make their decisions after comprehensive consideration.
