A Visit to FAX TRADE in Thailand – No Office Found

Reasons for Field Survey
Leveraging its strengths in tourism and international trade, Thailand's foreign exchange market has steadily grown, becoming a vital component of Southeast Asia's financial landscape and attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Bangkok, Thailand.
Field Survey Process
This time, the inspection team traveled to Bangkok as planned to investigate the foreign exchange broker FAX TRADE, whose publicly listed office address is 1 The Empire Tower, River Wing, Sathorn Road, Bangkok 10120, Thailand.
Upholding a sense of responsibility to verify the authenticity of the information for investors, the professional inspection team, after pre-planning their route, precisely arrived at The Empire Tower River Wing on Sathorn Road and began their field work based on the publicly listed address.
The inspection team successfully arrived at the target building and successfully captured a complete panoramic view of the building from the exterior. The building is located in Bangkok's core business district, surrounded by high-end office buildings, international hotels, and financial institutions. However, no traces of FAX TRADE were found. The inspection team then passed through security and entered the company's lobby, which boasts luxurious decor but strict security measures.
Once inside, the inspection team immediately checked the floor signage and public area signs. No signs related to the broker were found. Furthermore, a thorough inspection of the lobby and exterior of the building revealed no traces of the FAX TRADE logo. To further verify the situation, the surveyors contacted the lobby front desk, who stated that due to company privacy policies, they could not disclose any information regarding the location of any organization and refused to confirm whether FAX TRADE was located there or on which floor.
The surveyors were unable to obtain permission to access the building, confirm the specific floor's location, or gain access to the building's interior, making it impossible to photograph the reception desk or its logo associated with FAX TRADE. Furthermore, lobby signage and communication with property management confirmed that the building's occupants were all dedicated offices, not shared offices.
The surveyors subsequently searched the building and surrounding business districts but found no trace of FAX TRADE's office or promotional signs, ultimately failing to confirm the existence of the broker at the listed address.
Therefore, the survey confirmed that FAX TRADE does not exist at the publicly listed address.
Field Survey Summary
The surveyors visited the FAX TRADE as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
